Client Registration

When registering with the Wellsboro Area Food Pantry clients are asked to provide

1.  A document showing proof of address.  (ex. Drivers license, address on a bill)

2.  Some ID for each person in the household receiving food.
      ( ex. Social Security Card, Medical Access Card)

3.  A verbal statement of weekly or monthly income.

This documentation is only needed for the first visit to the Food Pantry.
